John Rutherford

John Rutherford is a retired executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance. They served as the Chief Executive and Accounting Officer for the Sea Fish Industry Authority from 2001 to 2010. Prior to this role, John was the Group Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director of the Agricultural division at Countrywide Farmers plc from 1975 to 2001, following earlier experience as a Financial Manager at Procter & Gamble. Currently, John holds the position of Executive Director at Fasfa Ltd, continuing their involvement in the seafood industry. John earned a B.Com in Finance and Business Studies from the University of Birmingham between 1966 and 1969.
