Don Flake

Don Flake has extensive work experience in the education industry. Don was the Chief Executive Officer of Seagage Online Training Solutions since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of English3 from 2006 to 2017. At English3, they managed various English language learning programs globally, including immersion programs and blended learning models. Don also oversaw the development of industry-specific and application-specific learning models, as well as American Classroom Readiness courses and the English3 Proficiency Test.

Before joining English3, Don Flake held the position of Superintendent/Chief Executive Officer at Sequoia Choice Schools, LLLP from 2001 to 2013. Don also served as the Superintendent/Chief Executive Officer of Edkey Inc./Sequoia Charter Schools/Choice Education and Development Corporation from 1996 to 2007. At Edkey Inc., they oversaw several schools, including the Arizona Conservatory for Arts and Academics, Arizona Distance Learning, and the Arizona Teachers Institute.

Don Flake attended Arizona State University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
