Agnes Zarate

Agnes Zarate is an Engineering Director at Seagate Technology, where they lead a global team focused on AI and ML to develop innovative solutions that drive business value. Previously, they served as a Senior Staff Analyst and Product Owner in the Business Solutions Office within Global IT at Seagate. Agnes has also held roles as a Senior Engineering Manager and Staff Industrial Engineer at the company. They began their academic career as an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines from 1997 to 2000. Currently, Agnes is pursuing a Master of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of the Philippines.
