Amber Illies

Amber Illies is a seasoned health and safety professional with over 14 years of experience in public health, bioenvironmental engineering, and industrial hygiene. Currently serving as a Senior Health and Safety Manager at Seagate Technology, Amber oversees health and safety programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Previously, Amber held positions at Nobleman Homes, Vista Outdoor, and 3M, where they implemented comprehensive safety programs and managed cross-functional EHS initiatives. Additionally, Amber served as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Officer in the Air National Guard, leading a team in various health and safety missions. Amber holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
