Chew Yan Er

Chew Yan Er is a Human Resources Team Lead at Seagate Technology, where they manage HR Shared Service activities and oversee the employment lifecycle. Previously, Chew held positions as an HR Administrator I and HR Assistant IV, providing support to employees across Asia and working on HR business process automation projects. They began their career with a brief internship as a Nature Education Officer at Entopia by Penang Butterfly Farm. Chew holds a degree in Animal Resource Science Management from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.
