Grace Poh has been working at Seagate Technology since February 2014, where Grace currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager and Senior Team Lead. Grace is responsible for leading the customer support team, managing workloads, and addressing escalations. Grace also drives HR Shared Service standardization and optimization projects.
