Luke Ehalt

Luke Ehalt is an Engineering Director in Wafer Process Engineering at Seagate Technology, where they lead and manage a team of process engineers and technicians. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Luke possesses extensive experience in process development, project management, and statistical analysis, including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles. Over the years at Seagate, they have achieved significant improvements in waste reduction, process capability, and product manufacturability through innovative teamwork and problem-solving. Prior to their current role, Luke collaborated on various projects and served in multiple engineering capacities, including internships that enhanced their analytical skills and technical knowledge.
