ML Chai

ML Chai is a highly accomplished Senior Quality Manager with over 20 years of experience in the field. They currently serve as a Senior Manager at Seagate Technology, where they manage incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality, as well as handle downstream and external customer issues. Additionally, ML Chai has been a Senior Quality Manager at Morrissey Technology Sdn Bhd since 2017. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia, which they earned between 1987 and 1991.
