Muhammad Ahmad

Muhammad Ahmad is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as Sr. Director in the Office of the CTO at Seagate Technology since April 2019. In this role, Muhammad leads a team of Storage Technologists and focuses on enhancing product security through industry standards. Previously, Muhammad held positions as Director of Engineering, where leadership of teams on Manageability and User Experience was emphasized, and Senior Engineering Manager, managing offshore software development projects. Muhammad's background includes significant roles in software engineering at Seagate and Dell, as well as academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science and Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama.
