Patrick McAuley

Patrick McAuley (MCIPD) is the current Director of HR and Industrial Relations at Seagate Technology, based in Derry, where they oversee a workforce of approximately 1,400 employees engaged in high-tech manufacturing. Patrick has held various HR roles, including Head of HR at Waterways Ireland and Conciliation Officer for the Labour Relations Agency, where they focused on industrial relations and dispute resolution. With over a decade of experience in HR solutions, Patrick is dedicated to enhancing employee experiences to bolster organizational performance. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development and a BA in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School.
