Scott Sill

Scott Sill serves as Vice President Global HRBP and Talent Acquisition at Seagate Technology since August 2015, providing strategic HR guidance to the C-Suite for a workforce of 30,000 and revenue of $6 billion. Previously, Scott held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at EMC from March 2013 to August 2015, managing a team that supported 4,000 employees in a major business unit. Prior to that, Scott was the HR Director at Marriott International, focusing on talent management for the global IT organization, and at EMC, overseeing HR functions for multiple divisions with over 1,500 employees. Scott holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University and attended Marion Military Institute.
