Shawn Koster

Shawn Koster is a Senior Staff Process CMP Engineer at Seagate Technology, where they oversee CMP tools and various chemical systems. With extensive experience in Chemical Mechanical Planarization, diffusion processes, and optical metrology, Shawn previously worked as a Process Engineer at Micron Technology from 2001 to 2011. They also held a Senior Staff Sustaining Process Engineer position at Cypress Semiconductor between 2011 and 2013. Shawn served honorably in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Technician from 1990 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
