Tom Boonstra

Tom Boonstra is a Managing Principal Engineer with extensive experience in process development across various semiconductor companies. They began their career at Honeywell, where they developed photolithography processes for SRAM and MRAM devices from 1986 to 1994. Afterward, they held positions as a process development engineer at Cypress Semiconductor and as a photolithography process development engineer at Seagate Technology, contributing to thin film head manufacturing from 1998 to 2005. From 1994 to 1995, Tom worked as a Plasma Etch Applications Engineer at PMT Plasma and Materials Technology, developing plasma etch processes for customer demonstrations.
