Will Vinson

Will Vinson is an accomplished audit professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance. Since January 2006, Will has served as Vice President of Internal Audit Services and Chief Audit Executive at Seagate Technology, following a role as Senior Director of Internal Audit. Will has been a member of the International Learning Solutions Committee with the Institute of Internal Auditors since 2008. Prior experience includes directorship at ActivIdentity, where responsibilities included managing SOX activities and internal audits, as well as positions at Cisco Systems, 3Com, and the City of Palo Alto, where Will was appointed City Auditor by the City Council. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Finance from the University of the Pacific.
