Dale Garner

Dale Garner is a PPA-certified technical procedure writer and e-learning specialist currently employed at Seakeeper since April 2018. Previously, Dale served as a technical trainer at Exelon Nuclear from March 1991 to March 2018, developing and instructing training programs for the Operations Department at a dual unit Pressurized Water Reactor. Early career experience includes positions as an equipment operator at Exelon Nuclear, where Dale contributed to the daily operations of a World Class power generation station, as well as serving as president of D&K Holdings, Inc., providing in-home care services and personal emergency response systems. As an owner of Garner Software Enterprises from August 1998 to June 2003, Dale acquired entrepreneurial experience. Educational background includes a graduate degree from USN Nuclear Power School, as well as ongoing studies at Colorado Technical University. Additionally, Dale completed a PPA certification in procedure writing from Procedure Solutions in September 2020.
