Kelly Johnson

Kelly Johnson is a Senior Controls Engineer at Seakeeper, specializing in new product controls development for marine gyroscopic stabilizers. Previously, Kelly served as a Lead Powertrain Controls and Calibration Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included calibrating production powertrain software and mentoring fellow engineers. Kelly’s earlier experience includes roles at Cummins Inc. as a Fuel Pump Mechanical Design Engineer and Emissions System Engineer, as well as internships at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Peachey’s Poured Walls Inc. Kelly earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Mathematics minor, from Penn State University.
