Matthew Flannery

Matthew Flannery currently serves as the Director of Gyro Engineering at Seakeeper, having transitioned from the role of R&D Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Program Manager at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, where leadership was demonstrated in managing a critical ACAT I program and implementing an earned value management system. At Sechan Electronics, Inc., Matthew held the position of Director of New Product Development, leading the creation of integrated product architectures for Department of Defense initiatives. Additional roles extended to CNH Industrial and Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc., where management of engineering teams and product development in defense and aerospace was undertaken. Education includes a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Widener University and a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from MIT xPRO, alongside a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Secondary Education from King's College.
