Nicholas Troche's work experience begins with their role as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Solar Liberty Energy Systems in 2010. Here, they developed a proprietary solar panel racking system and authored an installation manual.

In 2011, they joined AGR International Inc as a Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they focused on designing quality assurance and process control systems for the packaging industry, specifically for plastic and glass materials.

Troche then transitioned to Seakeeper, where they held various roles starting in 2012. Nicholas began as a Stability Engineer, leading mechanical design and engineering activities in the R&D lab for new active stability technology. Nicholas then became a Product Engineer, responsible for the development and project management of Seakeeper's new small gyro products. Later, they served as the Manager of New Product Development, overseeing the successful launch of new products and leading a multidisciplinary engineering team. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Seakeeper.
