Matthew Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew started their career in the US Navy in 1992, where they held various leadership positions, including Leading LSS and Leading Logistics. In these roles, they managed a large inventory of parts and supervised a multi-million-dollar budget.
In 2008, Matthew served in ECRC San Diego - Al Asad, Iraq, where they worked as the Contracting Acquisitions Division and Iraqi Based Industrial Zone LPO.
Matthew then moved on to Naval Submarine Support Command Pearl Harbor in 2009, where they served as Waterfront Training and Readiness.
Matthew served on the USS Columbus (SSN-762) from 2012 to 2015, where they held the role of Leading LS/SDEA.
From 2015 to 2017, they worked at the Priority Material Office as the PMO West AOIC.
In 2017, Matthew joined the US Navy Commander, Submarine Force Pacific as CSP Force LS.
From 2018 to the present, they worked on the USS Georgia (SSGN-729) as Leading LSS/SDEA. Finally, in 2021, they transitioned to Seal Shield™, where they started as an Operations Coordinator and quickly moved up to Operations Supervisor.
Matthew Edwards began their education in 2014 at Coastline College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Office Management and Supervision/Supply Chain Management. Their studies at Coastline College lasted until 2016. Following this, in 2022, Matthew attended American Public University, aiming to earn a Bachelor's degree in Reverse Logistics. Matthew completed their studies at American Public University in 2023.
