Sealark is the operational arm of The Halloran Trust controlling approx 2,760Ha of land in the Shoalhaven and realising the vision of Warren Halloran through its dual-purposes of land conservation and land development.

The land conservation projects include:
* Lake Wollumboola Biodiversity Stewardship site (1,080 ha)
* Tullarwalla Biodiversity Stewardship Site (550ha)
* One Tree Bay West (Biodiversity Stewardship Site 360ha)
* One Tree Bay East Biodiversity Stewardship Site (360 ha)

Land development projects include
* West Culburra mixed-use concept plan (400 dwellings + industrial + commercial)
* Callala Bay Urban Release Area (375 dwellings)
