SEAM is an independent architectural lighting design practice based in London, operating internationally across façade lighting, public realm and landscape lighting, cultural projects, and high-end architecture.

We specialise in architectural lighting design that supports planning and development, enhances spatial clarity, and reinforces identity across complex environments.

Our work includes façade lighting strategies, museum and exhibition lighting, luxury hospitality projects, and large-scale masterplans. Our approach is rooted in analysis, research and critical design thinking. Each project begins with framing the design brief through a lighting lens—considering space, function and systems—ensuring that lighting is conceptually driven and ambitious, technically grounded and fully integrated with the architecture.

Working with architects, developers and cultural institutions worldwide, SEAM brings together architecture, landscape, art, science and technology—delivering coherent, enduring and adaptable lighting strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, Africa and Australia.
