Innocent Chukwukelu

Innocent Chukwukelu has a diverse work experience in the banking and IT sectors. Innocent began their career as a Management Trainee at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in 2010. Chukwukelu then moved on to various roles at UBA Group, where they worked as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and IT Division Business Analyst from 2011 to 2014. Innocent continued their career at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc as a Project Manager and Business Analyst from 2014 to 2017. Innocent then joined Diamond Bank Plc as a Business Analyst, where they focused on process improvement and customer engagement until 2019.

Chukwukelu then worked at Access Bank Plc as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, responsible for digital channels integration during the merger with Diamond Bank. Innocent subsequently joined Ecobank Transnational Incorporated as a Project Manager at their Software Center in 2019.

From 2020 to 2022, Chukwukelu held the position of Team Lead for IT Strategy and Solution Delivery at Coronation Merchant Bank, where they led the Business Analysis team and was responsible for driving the bank's digital strategy and developing data governance policies.

Currently, Chukwukelu is Head of Project Implementation at SeamlessHR, where they manage a team of project implementation specialists and oversees the delivery of SeamlessHR software to clients. Innocent also reviews and optimizes the implementation process to align with the organization's growth metrics.

Innocent Chukwukelu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering from Caritas University Enugu. Prior to their university studies, they attended CMS Grammar School, where they completed their high school education with a focus on sciences. In addition to their formal education, Innocent has obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. These certifications include PRINCE2® Foundation Certification from PeopleCert in 2022, Digital Transformation in Practice: Virtual Collaboration Tools from LinkedIn in 2020, COBIT5 FOUNDATION from ISACA in 2015, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2013, PRINCE2® Practitioner from PeopleCert in 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they are set to obtain in May 2023.
