Andy Ding is an HRBP currently supporting Monee's Digital Banking business, focusing on diverse areas such as Product Management, Risk Management, and Operations. Previously, they worked at Shopee, where they supported the Food Engineering & Algorithm team and were instrumental in managing teams across multiple countries. Andy also held various roles in recruitment and human resources at Agoda, Allegis Group, and Kraft Heinz, where they developed learning strategies and led recruitment initiatives. Their experience spans from campus recruitment at Shanghai Media Group to executive recruiting in the IT sector.
