Colin Barr

Colin Barr is an experienced professional in marine human resources and health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management, currently serving as Director of Marine HR at Seapeak since January 2022. Prior to this role, Colin held similar director-level positions in marine HR at Teekay Gas and Teekay, and has extensive experience as HSEQ Manager for various projects including the Libra FPSO Project and the Knarr FPSO. Colin's career at Teekay began in 2006 and included roles such as Safety Trainer and Environmental Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Business from the University of Strathclyde, a Master's Degree in Safety and Risk Management, and a Master Mariner Class 1 unlimited in Nautical Science from Glasgow College of Nautical Studies.
