Ashwin Jaisinghani is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading People Success functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President - People Success at Searce Inc since May 2021, Ashwin is responsible for global People Strategy, Talent Growth, and Employee Experience. Previously, Ashwin held the position of Senior Director HR at Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing Business HR for a significant workforce and enhancing employee engagement and retention. Earlier roles include Director of Services at cMango India Pvt. Ltd., General Manager at PereNea Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Branch Manager at Magic Software Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Ashwin holds an MPBA in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, an MPBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pune University.
