Kumar Siddharatha

Kumar Siddharatha currently serves as the Director of Modern Product Engineering at Searce Inc since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kumar was the Director of Engineering at Augmento Labs Pvt Ltd from December 2019 to September 2025, where oversight of engineering operations for various clients and leadership of cross-functional teams in product development and delivery were key responsibilities. Kumar's earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Engineer at EFI from May 2014 to December 2019, where involvement in developing significant cloud solutions occurred, and a tenure as a Product Engineer at Ugam Solutions, focused on creating a cloud-based pricing solution for e-retail. Kumar began a career at IBM as an Application Developer, contributing to development efforts for major clients like AT&T and Citibank. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology, attained in 2010.
