Dan Massey

Dan Massey is a Principal Consultant at Searchability® since November 2019, leading the Midlands region's permanent software engineering recruitment while managing a team of trainee consultants. With a strong background in recruitment, Dan transitioned from various roles within the same company, including Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and team building. Previous experience includes roles in retail management and sales at Lacoste, The North Face, Tactical Solutions, Next, and Sergio Tacchini. Dan holds degrees in Business Studies from The Open University and the University of Chester.
