Andre Polakoff

Andre Polakoff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andre started their career as a Postdoctoral Associate at Rockefeller University, where they conducted research on regulatory proteins and published in renowned scientific journals.

Moving into the corporate world, Andre joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, where they gained experience in IT consulting. Andre then transitioned to Capgemini as a Manager, leading projects in SAP HR, SAP Portal, and business process reengineering.

Andre continued to advance in their career and joined Towers Perrin as the Director of the SAP HR Practice, where they managed and oversaw the delivery of SAP and Corporate Portal projects. Followed by this, they joined Broadcom as a Sr Manager, Business Applications.

In 2009, Andre co-founded DriversNow LLC, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit. Andre then founded SearchBug, Inc., where they held the role of Founder and CTO.

Andre Polakoff's expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Learning (LMS) led him to work as a SuccessFactors Consultant at Orange Quest LLC and Quadrant 4 System Corporation, where they implemented and integrated SuccessFactors with other systems. Andre also led presales activities and conducted product demonstrations.

Throughout their career, Andre has demonstrated a strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and experience in managing and delivering successful projects.

Andre Polakoff completed their Master's degree in Biochemistry at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1983 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1990 to 1993. In addition, they obtained certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant and SuccessFactors Learning Consultant in 2013. Andre also holds a certification in SAP, acquired in 1998.
