Suchada Stevens

Suchada Stevens has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Suchada began their career as an HR Administrator at Pelican Hill (Irvine Company) in 2007. Suchada then moved on to work as an Organizational Development Coordinator at Corinthian Colleges, Inc and later as a Learning & Development Specialist at Orange County's Credit Union. In 2013, they joined Pacific Life as a Performance & Knowledge Analyst.

From 2014 to 2018, Suchada worked at Kareo, where they held the position of HR Business Partner and played a crucial role in developing HR infrastructure for the company. Suchada then joined Synaptics Incorporated as a Lead HR Business Partner for the IoT division, spearheading the post-M&A integration of Audio and Multimedia client groups.

In 2019, Suchada joined Alteryx as an HR Business Partner, where they had a global role supporting Go-to-Market and Customer Experience teams, as well as serving as an HR liaison for the Women & Allies ERG. Suchada then moved on to Help Scout in 2021, taking on the role of Sr. People Business Partner until 2023. Currently, Suchada is the Head of People at SearchStax, a position they assumed in July 2023.

In addition to their corporate experience, Suchada has also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Psychology at Concordia University since December 2020.

Suchada Stevens began their education in 2009 at Chapman University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology. Suchada completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

In 2012, they enrolled at Brandman University to further their education. Suchada obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Brandman University in 2014. During the same period, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Brandman University.

In addition to their formal education, Suchada has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2015, they became a certified InsideOut Coaching Facilitator through InsideOut Development. In 2016, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Suchada also holds certifications in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn, obtained in 2019, and Leverage Diversity & Inclusion for Organizational Excellence from Stanford University, obtained in 2022.
