When Allen Searcy began Allen Searcy Builder-Contractor in 1969 under the name Union City Lumber, he could have never predicted the success that his company would have over the next 48 years. Joined by his son David in 1983 and Brian in 2002, ASBC became a very well-respected and highly sought-after company for full construction and general contracting services.

The Searcy vision would not stop with ASBC. They recognized that there was a real need for simple “supply and erect services” within the pre-engineered metal building industry. So, the Searcy’s decided to give people what they for years had been asking – the freedom to manage all aspects of their own projects for the savings that they greatly needed. With the one simple formula that has worked for 48 years – experience and attention to detail, honesty, and treating people the way we ourselves would like to be treated, Searcy Building Systems was born.

Headquartered in Union City, Tennessee, Searcy Building Systems has 17 plants located strategically across the United States in order to service all areas with the most competitive building prices and convenient delivery times available.
