Dave Hands

Dave Hands is the Executive Chef at One Moorgate Place for Searcys, where they oversee a private member's restaurant, high-volume corporate events, banqueting, and a staff deli and café. Previously, Dave held several culinary roles at BM Caterers in 2015, culminating as a Junior Sous Chef. At Searcys, they progressed from Head Chef (2019-2023) to Executive Chef (2023-present) and served as Executive Sous Chef during that time. Dave's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sports Strength and Conditioning from the University of Gloucestershire and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
