Paul Moncrieff

Paul Moncrieff is currently the Deputy General Manager at Searcys, where they previously managed the Champagne Bar at 116 Pall Mall. Prior to this role, they held positions as General Manager for CH&CO, overseeing events at notable venues and managing significant catering operations from 2006 to 2020. Paul also gained experience as a Hospitality General Manager at Ampersand Catering and has worked as a Sous Chef at Chester Boyd. They received a City Guilds diploma in Culinary Arts from Seltec College South London, completing their studies in 1981.
