Abel Lim is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Lead for APAC at Searidge Technologies since June 2019, where Abel oversees engineering teams in Singapore and Hong Kong focused on delivering digital tower systems. Prior roles include Technical Lead, responsible for assembling a project delivery team in Hong Kong, and leading Site Acceptance Testing for the Smart Tower Prototype in Singapore. Abel's career began as a System Analyst, collaborating with international teams to implement the Smart Tower Prototype while managing system configuration and support. Abel also completed a Marketing Internship at Embraer, where the development of an airline market analyzer tool was undertaken. Abel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a High School Diploma in the same field from Singapore Polytechnic.
