Daryl Hok is the CEO and founder of Seashell. Daryl was previously the Chief Evangelist at CertiK, a blockchain security company, and the Director of Corporate Development / M&A at FiscalNote. Daryl graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in business administration. During their time at FiscalNote, Daryl helped the company grow rapidly, culminating in its acquisition by Thomson Reuters for $600 million.

After leaving FiscalNote, Daryl co-founded CertiK, where they served as the Chief Evangelist. Under Daryl's leadership, CertiK became the global market leader in blockchain security, securing over $300B in assets. In 2018, CertiK was valued at $2B and raised over $240M in funding from leading investors.
