Eric Anto

Eric Anto is currently the Managing Partner at Seasons 52 Restaurant, where they focus on hospitality leadership and employee development. With extensive experience in restaurant operations management, Eric has previously held positions such as General Manager at Darden and Assistant General Manager at Hard Rock International. Eric began their career as an Operations Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar and continued in similar roles at Brinker International before moving to their current position. They are dedicated to enhancing team performance and guest satisfaction through strong communication, analytical thinking, and a commitment to service excellence. Eric studied at St. John's University in the early 1990s.
