Allyson Spence

Allyson Spence is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist at Seaspan ULC since July 2023, previously holding the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Loop Energy Inc. from October 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities encompassed responding to employee inquiries, managing HRIS activities, and facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes. At BLANKSLATE Partners, from September 2021 to October 2022, Allyson worked as an HR Coordinator/Partner Program Administrator, managing the ATS and conducting candidate screenings. Earlier roles include Trainer at 30 Minute Hit and Reception/Administrative Assistant at Metro Motors Ltd. Allyson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Accounting from Douglas College.
