Brian Doucet

Brian Doucet is currently a Zone Project Manager at Seaspan ULC, where they lead a team on the Extended Docking Work Period (EDWP) of submarines, emphasizing a positive work environment. Previously, Brian worked as a Mechanical Fitter/Machinist at FMF Cape Breton, contributing to the mechanical refit of HMCS Victoria. They also gained experience as a Machinist at ProMac Manufacturing, where they manufactured and repaired forestry equipment. Since 2009, Brian has served as the Head Coach for HEAT at Compton Sports Training Systems Inc., combining their passion for coaching with a focus on developing young athletes' skills. Brian graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Red Seal in Machining.
