Callum Vause possesses extensive experience in project and program management within the transportation and defense sectors. Currently serving as Director of Delivery and Program Director for the Joint Support Ship (JSS) project at Seaspan ULC since January 2023, Callum previously held the position of Head of Projects at Strathclyde Partnership for Transport, focusing on subway modernization. Prior experience at BAE Systems included multiple leadership roles, such as Head of Project for Type 26 Ship 01 and Head of Programme for the Spey Offshore Patrol Vessel. Callum began a career in engineering with a Graduate Development Programme at BAE Systems after earning an MEng with Distinction in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde. Additional professional development includes completion of the Emerging Leaders Programme at INSEAD. Academic foundations were established at Grange Academy, Kilmarnock.
