Gregor Davidson

Gregor Davidson is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Project Engineering at Seaspan ULC since May 2023, overseeing the engineering delivery of two billion-dollar warships for the Royal Canadian Navy. Previously, Gregor held various senior roles, including Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering at BAE Systems, where responsibilities involved managing large engineering teams and delivering complex warships across governmental and commercial partners. With experience as a Project Manager at Jacobs and on the Horizon Nuclear Power project, Gregor contributed to the design and delivery of a nuclear power station. Early career roles included positions within the Royal Navy, where Gregor served as a Marine Engineer Officer and Development Engineer, and a technician role at Voith Hydro Wavegen. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, an MSc in Marine Engineering from UCL, and a BEng (Hons) in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
