Mark Leadsom

Mark Leadsom is a highly driven shipbuilder with extensive experience in the European and North American marine industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Planning/Scheduling, Design Build, and Program Controls at Seaspan ULC, Mark focuses on planning while also leveraging a strong background in production engineering, shipyard flow, design, and process improvement. Previous roles include detail planning for UK Naval programs and leadership in production engineering for air cushion vehicles. With a career that spans over two decades, Mark has contributed to various shipbuilding and repair projects across multiple continents.
