Matt Lambert serves as the Deputy Program Manager at Seaspan ULC since October 2019, providing Program Management expertise for a multi-year contract with the Government of Canada focused on the maintenance and upgrade of Royal Canadian Navy frigates. Previously, Matt held various roles at Babcock Australia & New Zealand from January 2008 to October 2019, including Fleet Manager, Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and Electrical Unit Team Leader, with a strong emphasis on maintenance budgeting, project life cycle management, and team leadership within naval operations. Matt is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Royal Roads University, expected to complete in February 2025.
