Michael Elfstrom

Michael Elfstrom, P.Eng. is a Senior Manager of Project Engineering (OOSV) at Seaspan ULC, where they collaborate with design engineers to develop specifications and drawings for maritime projects. They have a practical understanding of machinery from their earlier roles, including fabricating components at Crescent Custom Yachts and servicing marine engines at Crescent Beach Marina. Michael's experience also includes serving as a Mechanical Engineer in Training at Integral Group, Inc., focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and are currently the Chair of the SNAME Canadian Pacific Section.
