Samer B

Samer B is a seasoned professional in program controls and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Program Controls at Seaspan ULC since February 2021, having previously held roles including Assistant Project Manager and Operations Business Partner. Prior experience includes significant positions at Graham as Planning & Scheduling Lead, and at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure, where Samer B independently managed Earthwork planning and cost control on complex projects. Earlier experience at Kiewit involved roles such as Cost Engineer and Project Controls Engineer, focusing on earned value management and execution planning for large-scale projects, including the Kearl Deoxidization Project. Samer B holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Manitoba, completed in 2012.
