Simon Barlas

Simon Barlas is an accomplished professional in naval architecture, currently serving as the Manager of Naval Architecture & Outfitting at Seaspan ULC since April 2015, and previously held the position of Senior Naval Architect within the same company. Additionally, Simon has extensive experience as a Naval Architect at Sunseeker International since November 2007, and worked as a Structural Engineer at VT Shipbuilding from January 2007 to November 2007. Simon began a career in naval architecture at Selman Marine Design from January 2003 to January 2007. Simon holds a degree from Newcastle University, completed between 1998 and 2002.
