Thomas Scott, CCLP, has extensive work experience in various roles in the logistics industry. Thomas is currently serving as the Operations Lead at Seaspan ULC since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Seaspan Ferries for 6 years from August 2015 to November 2021 in the role of Customer Service and Operations. Before joining Seaspan Ferries, Thomas worked at Transfreight as a Yard Coordinator on the CAMI contract from June 2013 to September 2015. Thomas also has experience in the education sector, having worked as an English Teacher at Maewon Elementary School from March 2011 to February 2013, and as an ESL Instructor at Poly School from February 2010 to February 2011. Thomas began their career at Transfreight as a Traffic Coordinator on the CAMI contract and worked there from 2007 to January 2010.

Thomas Scott, CCLP, began their education journey in 2001 at Fleming College, where they pursued a degree in International Trade. Thomas completed their studies in 2004 and then furthered their education by enrolling in Trent University. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2007.

After gaining foundational knowledge in business, Thomas decided to specialize in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2015, they enrolled at CITT and successfully completed the program in 2018. In the same year, they obtained the CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) designation, further enhancing their expertise in the field.

In addition to their academic achievements, Thomas has obtained additional certifications. In April 2018, they completed the Occupational First Aid Level 2 course at Trauma Tech, displaying their commitment to well-rounded professional development.
