Tony Winter

Tony Winter currently serves as Vice President, Project Delivery at Seaspan Victoria Shipyards and Vice President and General Manager of Victoria Shipyards at Seaspan ULC, with previous roles including Director and Acting Director of Submarines. With extensive experience in submarine program management at Seaspan, Tony has led teams of over 200 personnel in the maintenance and refitting of the Royal Canadian Navy's submarines. Prior to his tenure at Seaspan, Tony held various technical and engineering roles, including Technical Representative at Hi-Tec and Applications Developer at Quality Foods, and served as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. Tony holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from RMIT University.
