Benoît Decker

Benoît Decker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development and operations planning. Currently serving at SEAT, SA since September 2016 in roles such as R&D Data Driven Program Manager and China R&D Set-up Project Manager, Benoît has played a crucial role in managing multi-project resources and central planning. Prior to this, Benoît worked at GE Renewable Energy and Alstom Renewable Power, focusing on global operations planning and sales operations alignment across regions. Benoît's career began at SEAT with projects ranging from new vehicle development to coordination of engineering teams, preceded by internships at Airbus and Philips Lighting. Benoît holds a Master's Degree in Management of Production from Chalmers University of Technology and another in Production Systems from ESIEE Paris.
