Joana Albuquerque

Joana Albuquerque is a Lead Product Designer at SEAT CODE since April 2023, following a tenure as Lead UX Designer at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM from March 2018 to April 2023. Joana has also worked as a Freelance UX Designer, focusing on sketching and guerrilla testing for the VIUMI application, along with conducting conceptual interviews for Paddle-surf website enhancements. Joana's early career includes positions as a Visual and Technological Education Teacher with the Ministério de Educação from 2006 to 2009 and illustrations for children's books at Redkora and Editorial Barbara Fiore. Joana holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Interface and User Experience Design from Escola Superior de Disseny ESDi and a Master's in Game, Gamification, and Technology Applied to Education from Universitat de Barcelona, alongside certifications in applied gamification and behavioral design.
