Mário Santos

Mário Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as a Product Owner at SEAT CODE since July 2023, Mário previously held the position of Product Manager at MotorK from September 2021 to May 2023, and Product Owner at Signaturit from February 2016 to September 2021, where Mário significantly contributed to company growth through the development of MVPs and iterations, leading teams of up to 18 members in Agile methodologies. Mário also played a critical role in establishing customer support strategies and structures at Signaturit. Earlier experience includes roles as Customer Experience Champion at Redbooth, Inc., and as a digital copywriter at Adclick, Lda and Experimenta Studio. Mário holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidade de Aveiro and has pursued further education in Digital Marketing.
