Tracy Too

Tracy Too is a Controller at Seated. Tracy previously worked at KPMG US as a Manager from October 2016 to February 2020. There, they orchestrated multiple cross-border advisory projects across buy-side, sell-side, accounting framework, and policy formulation issues while managing 3 to 15 person on and off-shore teams. Tracy also led a 15-person global team to successfully implement US GAAP to IFRS framework conversion in Fortune 500 retail firm cross-border divestiture. In addition, they spearheaded an 8-person team on IPO readiness project for major alcohol distributor; successfully raised $900M on Mexican stock exchange leading to long-standing client relationship. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at KPMG from July 2015 to September 2016 and at CrossCountry Consulting from October 2014 to April 2015. Tracy started their career as an Analyst at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from March 2011 to March 2014.

Tracy Too has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Applied Finance from Monash University. Tracy Too is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
